- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately of late, I have found there to be a distinct lack of genuine care for the patient. Indeed the handling of the animal by a particular member of staff and complete disregard of the owners input / knowledge of the animal and its discomfort, obviously resulted in a most distressing experience. It is also noted that reception staff do not always have the required level of discretion or professionalism, or choose wisely their topic of conversation whilst in the company of clients. This was once a caring and professional practice and I hope that these issues can be addressed before more clients are left with no option but to relocate their custom. Our pets are our passion and our priority, of course not able to respond themselves and I am afraid their consideration and respect is something which affects us deeply.
